Countries We Do Not Deliver To

We currently do not ship to the following countries:

Burundi, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Liberia, Libya, Nevis, North Korea, Somaliland, South Sudan, St. Eustatius, St. Helena, Syria, Tajikistan, Yemen, Russia, Ukraine, and Puerto Rico.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically dispatched the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays), provided stock is available. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number.

Please note: High order volume, promotional periods, or courier-related delays may affect fulfillment times.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–12 business days

  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 21 working days depending on customs clearance, location, or seasonal demand

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £40 / $40 (depending on region)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: £4.95 / $4.95 for all other orders

Can You Ship to My Country?

To check shipping availability:

  1. Click the flag icon at the top-right of the homepage at www.tote-theory.com and select your country.

  2. Add your items to cart and proceed to checkout.

  3. If shipping is unavailable, payment will not be processed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Click the tracking link in the email to monitor delivery in real time.

Where Can I Receive My Order?

We ship to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Commercial/business addresses

Note: In-store pickup is not available at this time.

Why Was I Not Offered Economy Shipping?

Our economy shipping option uses airmail and has a 2kg weight limit. If your total order exceeds this limit, the system will automatically select a suitable alternative shipping method at checkout.

Available shipping options and estimated costs are displayed based on your total weight and location.

Can I Delay My Delivery?

  • Airmail Orders: Cannot be delayed or intercepted. If delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to us and refunded once received (please allow several weeks).

  • Express Shipping Orders: In some cases, we can request a delivery delay directly with the courier. Please email us before the order ships at support@tote-theory.com.

Can I Upgrade to Express Shipping After Ordering?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping method.

Can I Combine Shipping for Multiple Orders?

At this time, we are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment. Each order will be shipped independently and issued a unique tracking number.
